Come get your foot in the door of a rewarding career in energy. Successful graduates will be directly pipelined to various employer partners in our network for career opportunities in energy and construction. These full-time positions offer high starting wages of $45k+, full comprehensive benefits package, and career advancement. To be considered, candidates must complete our 6-week training course, pass a drug screening, and be successful in the interview process.
Training Style
Engage CPI training will be delivered in a “boot-camp” model, within 11 weeks: Mon-Fri from 10am-3pm. The credentialed training will consist of hard and technical skills that span from use of industry tools, Human Performance and equipment to blueprint reading. Trainees will also be prepared for successful passing of prerequisite EEI pre-employment testing and obtain their certification in OSHA-30 safety. Physical readiness and personal and professional development will be integrated daily throughout the course offering.
Successful candidates will be invited to apply for current, entry-level job postings from our employer partner network. After the initial pilot, sustained funding will occur with investments from federal, state, local, foundations and private partners.
