Engage CPI

Engage CPI is a statewide workforce solution connecting communities within the service footprints of energy companies and construction firms to career opportunities in energy and construction. The program aims to foster economic mobility by serving as a conduit between job candidates and employers, with an initial focus on Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania. The initiative balances engagement among private, public, and non-profit sectors to create a robust, sustainable ecosystem for workforce development.
